- Abstract
- The article explores the concept of the welfare state, its relationship with the constitutional right of citizens to social security, analyzed foreign models of realization of the constitutional rights of citizens on social security, the relationship of models of social and economic relations prevailing in the state. The study of this article is the question of realization of the constitutional rights of citizens on social security, depending on the applied model. Shows the problems of implementation of the constitutional right to social security in the development of post-industrial society. The article presents and argues that the constitutional right of citizens to social security is implemented in a particular model, which in turn is determined prevailing in the state economic relations. The application of the most adequate model for the implementation of the constitutional right to social security is relevant to the economic basis of the state is the basis for the construction of the welfare state.
