- An overview of the scientific conference in the form of “Round Table” journals “State and Law” and “Legal policy and legal life” on the theme “Federalism: evolution and current status” (May 24-25, 2016, Penza state University). It was noted that federalism remains an important model of organization of government that gets a new scope.
