- Abstract
- the place and the role of Federal Law "On normative legal acts in the Russian Federation” in lawmaking policy are considered in the article. The project of this statute suggested by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to the State Duma is analyzed in the form of discussion. A number of suggestions about improving of this project are offered.
