- Abstract
the article gives an overview of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference held in April 11–13, 2017 in Tolyatti state University. The subject of discussion were separate areas of legal policy in the field of legal responsibility, including constitutional, administrative, criminal, criminal-executive, financial and legal. Participants of the conference defined certain areas of legal policy in the field of legal responsibility, as well as recommendations for its improvement and the current legislation.
