- Abstract
- environmental law as a branch of law and legal science emerged later than others and in comparison with traditional branches has specific causes and objective grounds of its appearance, but its system of categories and methodology are characterized by weakness and imperfection. The terms “periphery” and “cutting edge” clearly show the modern status of the science of environmental law, its relationship with the traditional legal science and the transitional nature of its theoretical paradigm from “legal modernism” to “legal postmodern”.
