- Abstract
- In the scientific article problematic issues of determination of the legal nature of the relations arising in the sphere of the consumer market are researched. The author's line item on need of inclusion in the mechanism of legal regulation of means of administrative and legal impact is proved. Judgments of the leading scientists-lawyers on cases in point are provided. Experience of international legal regulation is analysed.
