- Abstract
- In the context of rapid processes of Eurasian economic integration are growing role and importance of the effectiveness of customs control as a form of state control, as the main form of public administration in the field of customs. The author examines the existing legal and administrative concept of customs controls, makes it stand out features, gives his own definition of this concept. As the development trend of the customs control referred to by the author: the impact of international standards in the field of customs regulations on the development of legislation on customs control; extension of supra-national administrative and legal regulation of customs control (EAEC level); impact of information technology on the administrative and legal regulation and practice of implementation of customs control; risk-based approach in the implementation of customs control; improving the administrative and legal regulation of administrative procedures of customs control.
