- Abstract
- Despite active work of the leadership of Russian Federation aiming the diversification of the economy and putting the work of public utilities in different spheres of manufacturing to its prosperity, public utilities still stand the first place in a guaranteeing of the maintenance of life of people and the problem of their regulation is one of the most important tasks for each country. Nowadays the signiicance of the regulation of public utilities lies in the creation of modern system of its regulation where government can solve and implement some quite important tasks like: develop a competitiveness between the subjects of public utilities, implement modern technologies in this spheres, organize cooperation between public utilities and state regulatory agencies, promote the achievement of the interests of consumers and the subjects of public utilities.
