- Abstract
- In the article the issues concerning the relationship among the operational-search activity and criminal proceedings. Investigated in detail the history of origin and development in our country the operational-search activities as one of important directions of law-enforcement activity of the state directly related to the necessity to administer justice in criminal cases. At the same time presents a retrospective of the domestic legislation governing the competence of public officials in the implementation of operative-investigative activities, as well as assertion about historical and social conditioning of operational-investigative support of implementation the purpose of criminal proceedings.
