- Abstract
- The questions uniform scientific and technological space of the Union State are considered in the article. Information and analytical ensuring cooperation in the innovative sphere is a strategic problem of development and realization of socially economic policy in information society, digital economy and other priorities of state cooperation. The main directions of improvement of the Russian legislation in science and technologies sphere, in particular a new draft Federal Law "About Scientific, Technical and Innovative Activity in the Russian Federation" are analyzed.
