Abstract
In this article the evolution of the legal theory of State sovereignty and influence of the Internet on the State sovereignty is considered. The contradiction between such traditional principle of the State sovereignty as the territory and the Internet exterritoriality causes needs of recomprehension of the sovereignty's realization mechanism in the conditions of the Internet. The prospects of combination of a cyberspace with the State sovereignty and new legal tasks arising in this regard are estimated.
