- Abstract
- The article is devoted to doctrinal reflection on the concept of head of state and to the institutionalization of head of state in Spain. Particular attention is paid to the design of the constitutional head of state in the Spanish Constitution of 1931, as well as in the legislation F. Franco and actual Constitution of 1978.
