- Abstract
- The article deals with the definition of an object of crime and analysis the points of view about its meaning and classification in theory of criminal law. It proves the correctness of axiological concept. It highlights the question of correlation of definition «object of crime» as an element and as features of the crime. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion of inexpediency of separation of the facultative object in the crime both in theory and in legal practice. We offer the author's definitions of an object in a multi-object corpus delicti and the main and additional objects of a crime.
