- Abstract
- In article the system of Russian state purchases is investigated in an economic and political context. Changes in system of the state purchases in 1990–2000-es, merits and faults of the law accepted in 2005 are analyzed from positions of different participants of process – both suppliers, and consumers. Recommendations about the further perfection of system of the state purchases are formulated.
