Abstract

The author analyzes different approaches to presenting and typology of conﬂict of interests. The methods and mechanisms of prevention such conﬂicts, including the relief of symptoms of nepotism, declaration of public ofﬁ cials and their relatives, ﬁnancial and property status , implementation of codes and standards of conduct for public ofﬁ cials are considered. The concrete situations of conﬂ ict of interests in contemporary Russian reality are represented.
