Abstract

The article examines processes, took place in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia at the turn of 1990s’. Analyzing the events, preceded the collapse of the Soviet Union, author comes to the point: role of the Baltic Republics in this is evidently exaggerated. Mush more negative inﬂ uence on the Soviet space dissolution rendered Center’s unconsidered actions.
