- Abstract
- The U.S. President B. Obama receives a mixed assessment both at home and abroad. American society is splitted in attitude towards the President. The vast majority of Russian analysts estimate Obama’s foreign policy critically, believing that he continues imperial strategy of his predecessor George W. Bush. The author sees his task in a balanced, taking into account a variety of aspects, assessment of Obama, restricting analysis to the consideration of foreign policy. Foreign policy of Obama, in comparison with his predecessors, is characterized by serious innovations.
