The method used in the article is based on the particularities of Paleolithic monuments of the Middle Dnieper type, thanks to which the correspondence between a cultural stratum and remains of one settlement is ascertained relatively well. A life-time of a settlement, regardless of its duration (from part of a year to a few decades), is a singular short moment on the scale of radiocarbon datings of a monument. It is reasonable to connect it with a range of the most approached datings. For Eliseevichi, Judinov, Mezhirich, Gontcov it equals about 14700–14000 years from contemporaneity. It is possible that other settlements of the same type are dated within the same bounds or within bounds that are close to them.
