Abstract
Lately dozens of books and monographs on the problems of Africa were published in Russia. To introduce new books to colleagues, to share plans for the future, the Institute of Asian and African Studies of the Moscow State University has arranged a meeting with experts from various institutions which are engaged in scientific research of African problems. The authors have presented more than 15 books devoted to historical and current problems of Africa.
