- Abstract
- In the article considered interrelation of mental and somatic health of the person as uniform dynamic psychosomatic system. Maintenance and strengthening of psychosomatic health demand on the one hand an exception of aggressive and pathogenic influences of physical factors of environment, with another - maintenance of psychological ecology and the prevention of emotional infringements which worsen a condition neurohor- monal regulation, make heavier a current of somatic diseases and sharply worsen the general psychosomatic state of health of the person and quality of his life.
