Abstract
The article deals with the phenomenon of performance culture and its development through the centuries of mankind evolution. The article discusses the prehistory of the theatre art and the specific role of the individual emotions that can create the effect of spectacle. The author analyses the different variants of the performance out of the boarders of theatre auditorium.
