Abstract
The interrelation and complementarity of cultural-historical and natural-scientific approaches to elaboration of neuropsychological principles of L.S. Vygotsky-A.R. Luria are discussed. There are considered the principles of social origin, systemic formation, dynamic organization and localization of the highest mental functions as well as the correspondent theoretical and practical consequences.
