Abstract
The group refl exivity is discussed as a socio-psychological phenomenon. Its key features and sociopsychological functions are analyzed. The differences and similarities between individual and group refl exivity are examined. The main theoretical approaches toward the group refl exivity in the modern social psychology and organizational psychology are defi ned. The article discusses the socio-psychological factors of the groups ability to refl ect upon and modify their functioning and group attitudes toward refl ection itself. Рersonal, inter-personal, group, inter-group and organizational factors are defi ned. The perspectives of future research in the fi eld are proposed.
