The review gives a positive assessment of the monograph of V.K. Samigullin "Humanistic law", devoted to one of the most relevant areas of contemporary jurisprudence. Humanistic law is considered from the broad Philosophic and theoretical-methodological positions as the spiritual basis of society, the main direction of its development (primarily in terms of taken in the unity of moral and legal components of the system of social relations).
