- Abstract
In the article are analyzed the most common practical forms of interaction between public chambers and governmental authorities in order to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens. The author pays special attention to the consideration of the growing potential of public chambers in exercising public control over the activities of public authorities. The need for exercising public control strictly within the framework of current legislation and for usage of constructive dialogue are emphasized.
