- Abstract
The article examines some of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation as the main source of Ecological Law. They relate to the principle of the separation of powers and coherence of public authority by constitutional environmental rights. The study was conducted in the context of improving Ecological Law legality as a means of raising the constitutional legality in the country.
