- Abstract
The review contains the expert assessment of the updated version of the practical manual “The fundamentals of the Constitutional (State) Law of the Russian Federation: 100 questions and answers. Modern version of the newest history of the State”, published in 2018 by professor of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the University of Tyumen, Doctor of Law and honored lawyer of the Russian Federation Nikolai M. Dobrynin. It is concluded that the practical manual is presented at a high theoretical and methodical level.
