- Abstract
In this article the author discusses issues relating to the protection of the moral rights of the child, arising in the settlement of certain categories of cases involving, inter alia, in cases of adoption of a child, on the establishment of its origin and its etc.
The author suggests ways to solve the problem of determining the status of the child in cases of the named categories, criteria for assessing proposed content of the Court decision, issued in respect of a child with his interests and individual needs, as well as analyse recent trends in judicial practice in cases involving children.
