- Abstract
The article discusses the content and role of accountability and responsibility of deputies of representativeinstitutions in Russia. The author shows the specificity of the domestic implementation of the opinion of the person chosen by the voters, identifies the main problems of its implementation in historical retrospective and in the present, justifies the proposal for the development of new models of mandate of the Deputy.
