- Abstract
- It is shown that the investment activity of the population depends on the religious tradition. The article assesses the impact of the economic doctrine of Orthodox Christianity, Protestantism, and Islam on the desire of the mass investor to take risks, to profitability, and to private initiative in the stock market and in entrepreneurship. The article presents research data of private investors in the Kursk region on their attitude to religion.
