- Abstract
- The article deals with objective and subjective forms of potential of activists of youth associations. On the basis of a sociological study, the content and features of the ratio of personally and organizationally significant components of human potential are shown. The article analyzes the attractiveness and significance for achieving personal and socially significant goals of the fact of participation of young men and women in youth associations, their desire for new knowledge and skills, and their civic positions.
