- Abstract
- Based on the materials of a specific sociological survey, an attempt is made to reveal the problem of subjectivity of the labor person at a modern industrial enterprise in Siberia from the perspective of current modernization challenges. It is shown that employee subjectivity is the leading factor in the productionprocess at enterprises, its creative beginning and at the same time the most important resource for modernization transformations.
