- Abstract
- Based on the material of Internet communication, the mechanism of solidarity emergence in new types of communities is investigated. Online virtual solidarity is studied on the example of the parent site “Children speak". It is shown that virtual communication serves as a “steam release valve” and induces network processes of parent community cohesion. It is concluded that in modern parent-child-society relations, the online virtual solidarity of parent communities complements and develops the intergenerational solidarity of the traditional family.
