- Abstract
- Major features of the integration process in the south-eastern part of Guangdong Province (China) in recent years have been analyzed. The comparative size of the economy of Delta’s three groups of cities, named after Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, is described. Data on foreign trade volume of Delta’s nine cities are presented. It is shown that Shenzhen plays a leading role in region’s economic ties with Hong Kong.
