- Abstract
- In Russian studies of Latin America, the social policy of modern Venezuela is studied yet poorly. It is still one of information lacunas, and unless it’s filled factually and analytically, it would be impossible to understand process of Bolivarian revolution quite. Venezuelan state policy in the social sphere is unique also in the process of its international embodiment in the framework of the Bolivarian alliance (ALBA).
