Abstract
In May 2016 round table discussion named “The new step of Cuban development and problems of relations between Cuba and Russia” took place in the ILA RAS. The main reason and its agenda was the 7th Congress of Cuban Communist Party that had finished earlier. The participants analyzed the results of Cuban “actualization”, its successes and its failing. It was suggested several ways to intensify Russian-Cuban cooperation taking into account those results.
