Abstract

After the cold war and the changes brought about by the conversion towards a multipolar world as it is competition for markets, the opening of the national borders and the trend towards the creation of block geopolitical and commercial, China competes with United States in world trade by international markets to deal with geopolitical spaces and to create block with other regions or countries of the world, as relationship with South America, its energy diplomacy with Central Asia and its membership to the BRICS. China represents a threat to the integration of North America, and the response of the United States is the Trans-Pacific project.
