Abstract
On March 3, 2015, the Day of Guatemala, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and this Central American country, took place at the Russian State Humanitarian University. Among the invited, besides the well-known scientists and experts, senior representatives of the Latin American diplomatic corps were presented. This fact gave the official character to the celebration.
