The Russian-Argentinean relations play an essential role in the course of formation of the multipolar world. They are in progress on the basis of equality, have mutually beneficial character and are equitable to long-term interests of two countries. The article analyzes the basic milestones in the development of bilateral relations, since the establishment of consular relations up to the current situation. Special attention is given to prospects of the Russian-Argentinean relations after a victory on the presidential elections in 2015 of the right-centrist candidate Mr. Mauricio Macri.
