Abstract

The article deals with the changes that occurred in the U.S. policies towards Europe in Barack Obama’s presidency in the context of ‘rebalancing’ the foreign policy priorities, evaluates their consequences for Russia, reviews the basic spheres of security cooperation in the triangle Russia – U.S. – Europe.
