Abstract

The reasons and results of the annual survey of household economics conducted by Federal Reserve Board in 2016 are examined in the article. Data and facts illustrate financial wellbeing, employment experiences, income and savings behaviors, economic preparedness, access to banking and credit, housing arrangement, education, and retirement planning.
