- Abstract
The article examines the influence of demographic transition on some aspects of the world policy. Author uses systems analysis and concludes that objectively logical stage of future humankind’s transition to the new condition will inevitably be accompanied by complex transition process. This process of humankind`s transition as the unified system to the relative stabilization of population is already on initial stage. Author demonstrates the possible character of transition process and examines factors like «historical time compression», qualitative leap in the informational sphere which accompanying the processes that have begun. Article contains an analysis of influence of these factors on the state policy, including the policy of post-Soviet and post-socialist states, U.S. policy and Russia-United States relations.
