"Trampcare" vs "Obamacare": the first round?

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the struggle of the new Republican President D. Trump against healthcare reform, which is modeled after the deceased President-Democrat B.Obama. It is argued that when assessing the outcomes of the current "round" it is important to avoid simplifying the picture of what is happening, it is necessary to take into account all the ambiguity of the deep processes that are disturbing the American society, in particular, in connection with health care reform in the US.
