Therefore, the goals, objectives and, accordingly, the meaning of legal regulation remained and remain outside the attention of the authors of this kind of research. The presented monograph, on the contrary, favorably distinguishes its author's increased attention to global philosophical problems, which will provide clear guidelines in the understanding of human and state rights to administer fair justice and impose fair punishment.
