- Abstract
The review of the presented monograph contains a detailed analyze of the essence and content of its subsections. The reviewer comes to the conclusion that the author has managed to overcome the problem traditional for lawyers who have studied the philosophical aspects of legal regulation. This problem is in narrow understanding of the object of legal regulation - in fact, established social relations.
Lawyers, acting as researchers of global legal problems, rarely pay attention to deep philosophical issues, focusing on the legal side of the issue. Therefore, the goals, objectives and, accordingly, the meaning of legal regulation remained and remain outside the attention of the authors of this kind of research. The presented monograph, on the contrary, favorably distinguishes its author's increased attention to global philosophical problems, which will provide clear guidelines in the understanding of human and state rights to administer fair justice and impose fair punishment. Also, this article allows you to answer an extremely difficult and not having a universal answer to the question about the boundaries of the Divine will, human mind and human activity.
