- Abstract
The presented scientific article analyzes the essence, content and types of corruption offenses in the field of higher education in the Russian Federation. The data of official state statistics, as well as the results of an independent author's sociological research on the problem of corruption, carried out among students of universities are presented. The article also reveals the legal framework for combating corruption in the field of higher education, as well as reflects the most effective measures to prevent and prevent corruption offenses in domestic higher education institutions.
