- Abstract
This article discusses the main problems of legal regulation in the Russian Federation of such forms of testament as a will, made in emergency circumstances and a closed will. The necessity of introducing the oral form of the will in the form of audio and video recordings on special information carriers in the context of the rapid development and implementation of modern technologies is also discussed. The experience of foreign countries in solving the problems of the legal regulation of a testament form is investigated, and alternative ways of solving them in the Russian Federation.
