Abstract

the article is dedicated to an up-todate and little investigated subject: legal regulation of the works of art market and its information infrastructure. Analyzed are problems in law enforcement, due to confl icts of law. Examples from Russian and foreign practice are given, proposals in actualization of legislation are made.
