- Abstract
- this article highlights a transparency of public government as important principle of activity of public power bodies and as a preventive anticorruption measure. According to the Federal Law On fi ghting corruption the author formulates the anticorruption information standard in the public government which must be realized in the legislation. This standard includes components: transparency and openness of the government; freedom and transparency of the information exchange; maintenance of the legal information quality including the anti-corruption expertise; special anticorruption information measures; constant informing process about the corruption level.
