- the article describes the questions of development in theory and practice of legal regulation of land relationship of problems connected with ensuring of rational land use. Taking into account legal positions of Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and also regional experience of legal land relationship regulation, a question about measures for improvement of federal land legislation is put.
