- сonception-theoretical and formal-judicial aspects of theory of information law: object, subject, origins, principals, productive classifi cation of information relations and information-legal regimes, system (architecture, base content components - subbranch, basic elements - institutes, place) of information law in Russia, elements of systemology and circle of base theoretical and applied problems of given subject fi eld too, are considered. Separate results of working out of systemology of information law as suitable science-methodical base are presents.
